Scheduled times are sent directly from completed station logs, either by fax or email – your client’s choice. The information is client specific, accurate and timely.
Fax example: The fax contains your company logo, the client’s scheduled times and a message from you that is easily customized.
Email example: An email from your company is sent with a text attachment containing the clients’ scheduled times and a message that is easily customized.
For internal convenience, all three essential Pickle Programs can reside on your network, allowing access by multiple users simultaneously.
A daily log is generated of all faxes and emails that have been sent. This confirms what clients were sent their times on a given day. The log resides on the network where anyone can check the status of client faxes or emails, or it can be set up to be delivered to the support staff’s PC via email.
